Kathryn Ling
Managing Director

Kathryn was a Director of a marketing company specialising in shopping centres when back in the late 90s, she identified an opportunity for growth in what was a new concept at the time; mall commercialisation.

Kathryn’s passion for outstanding service has inspired the team to continually deliver results with a pragmatic, considered and enthusiastic approach.

Caroline Al-Jumail
Account Director

Having gained a Masters in Management and spent a period of time in media sales in London, Caroline returned to the North East and joined Forum in 2002 where she has been an integral part of growth and development of the business.  Caroline brings a positive and forward-thinking approach to ongoing changes in the industry.

Caroline is responsible for our schemes in Scotland, North West & North East regions.

Annabel Ling
Account Director

Annabel established the London office in 2014 after gaining experience within the Newcastle team.  Annabel has been with Forum since 2013 after completing a degree in Human Geography, specialising in Advanced Retail Planning and Placemaking.  Her expertise in this area has a provided a fresh perspective and has enabled the business to develop further alongside a changing retail landscape.

Annabel is responsible for the London, South East and South West portfolio.

Jill Southern
Senior Account Manager

Jill began her career with Forum in 2009 as a graduate.  Her detailed and thorough working style brings a considered decision-making approach to her role allowing her to focus on figures and overall team performance.

Since progressing to Senior Account Manager, Jill oversees our schemes in Northern Ireland, Wales and the Midlands.

Kate Morrison
Account Manager

Kate has a wealth of experience across various roles within the company since she joined in 2007.  Kate initially worked with promoters and retailers sourcing suitable venues for their specific requirements.

Working alongside Caroline, Kate has brought her vast knowledge and strong organisational skills to an Account Management role across our exclusively managed venues in Scotland, North West & North East regions.

Gina Hurge-Mogg
Account Manager

Gina joined Forum in an administrative capacity and has progressed to Account Manager with her calm and logical approach to the role.

Gina specialises in outdoor markets, independent retailers and craft fairs and she also works alongside Annabel on the Southern schemes. 

Marie Handyside
Finance Officer 

After spending a considerable number of years with a financial software company, Marie joined Forum in 2013 where she is responsible for accounts payable.

Marie’s methodical attitude enables her to reliably implement the company’s financial management policies. 

Peter Ling
Director / Company Secretary

Peter set up Forum Marketing with Kathryn in 1995, dealing primarily with shopping centre events and advertising, out of which Forum CentreSpace grew and became a separate company 20 years ago, and has now relaunched as Forum RCP

Peter’s experience of the industry has served to help steer the company in its development and growth over two decades.
