Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We occasionally use a third party, Hootsuite, to forward plan our social media interactions. If you contact us via direct or private message, Hootsuite will store your message for three months but will not share it with any other organisations.
We do not monitor our phone calls or gather any information from calls on our systems unless we ask you for permission to collect your contact details to assist with answering your enquiry.
Microsoft Office 365 is used for all of our email services so they are therefore encrypted and protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS). If your email service does not support TLS you should be aware that any emails we send to you or receive from you may not be protected in transit.
