A New Forum: Celebrating 20 Years in Business

To mark our 20 year anniversary this year and to adapt to a changing retail landscape, we are dropping the ‘CentreSpace’ from our branding to simply be known as Forum.  The rebrand is a natural step for us as many of our clients already refer to us as Forum but this also marks our brand development as Retail Commercialisation Partners (Forum RCP) and our commitment to our clients.

Whilst we had planned a big launch of this new brand in March, it proved not to be the right time at the start of lockdown, so we have delayed until centres have reopened and are carrying out a soft launch.

Kathryn Ling, Managing Director, commented, “We feel that now as never before, we are working in true partnership with our shopping centre management, landlords and surveyors, as well as with the mall traders, who want to get their business going again. It is going to be hard going for some time yet, but together we can get through this, and we are positive that we can work to make the most of coming out of the Covid-19 lockdown, as we continue to plan a strategy for going forward, and make the most of every opportunity offered.”

We believe we have a successful formula and we are hoping to emphasise the high level of service to our shopping centre partners and to accelerate future growth and expansion.

To face the future challenges of the retail industry we believe there needs to be the right balance of retail, leisure and community.  Our team are passionate about working with local business and mall spaces can offer a simple route to market for community groups and entrepreneurs.  We pride ourselves on our personal service and enthusiasm and are ready to move forward with our great track record and experience.
