Forum RCP has been appointed by LaSalle Investment Management to manage the commercialisation of Golden Square, Warrington. They have also been appointed to The Broadwalk, Edgware, by new owners Ballymore.

These new centres are a great addition to the prestigious Eldon Square in Newcastle upon Tyne, which was awarded to Forum’s portfolio at the end of last year.

Other centres added in the last month include Carillon Court, Loughborough, Kennet Shopping in Newbury, The Moor Sheffield, Captain Cook Shopping Centre in Middlesbrough and Maybird Shopping Park, Stratford-upon-Avon.
